If you plan on participating in the WIOL 2022-2023 series this year, be sure to attend this Pre-WIOL athlete meeting. Here, we will discuss important things associated with WIOL, team rules, individual rules, the new start procedure, opportunities for extra training and skill building, as well as greater orienteering opportunities beyond WIOL. From racing in the elementary league all the way to what it takes to race for Jr. Team USA, we will discuss the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to progress and have fun with the sport.
Hopefully, the takeaway is that WIOL is the gateway to the best sport on the planet and you can play for your entire life at whatever level you want. Every race is an unknown adventure filled with failures and successes! Be brave and explore your limits!!
