Before the Route: US Nationals Edition!

Join Cascade’s Training Coordinator on Zoom at 6pm Monday the 16th for a race preparation meeting focused on US Nationals in Maryland, March 20th-22nd. Competitors of all ages and abilities are welcome to join the call. We will help you prep for the races the way a winning team does!

Coach Caroline will walk the group through course notes from the event organizers, sample maps, old courses, and 3D views of the terrains. We will also talk about racing strategies and navigation skills specific to each day, so you feel ready to put in your best work.
