COC Level 4 Youth Patch Earners

All Level 4 patch earners have been verified to show proficiency at the highest level in orienteering across various terrains and competition.  Additionally, and perhaps just as importantly, they have all given back to their local club by performing a critical role in the current function of the club, ideally leading to a more robust and long lasting skillset for the club to draw from in years to come.
