Registration and volunteer sign-up are now open for Fort Ebey and Fort Casey! WL Championships will be a two-day event this year. Saturday (2/19) is a classic middle distance championship race at Fort Ebey State Park & Kettles Trail Area. It is also an opportunity to earn National Ranking points. There is plenty of room to register for Big Finn Hill (Winter League #6) on Saturday, Jan 22nd. Register by 1/18 at Noon to request a start time or by 1/19 at 9 pm for the event in general. As of 8pm on 12/30, The Bog Slog on January 2nd has been POSTPONED to a later date TBA. With six more inches of snow falling yesterday and today (and potentially more to follow), and temperatures well below freezing until late Saturday, we’re just not convinced that the conditions will allow for safe travel to the event and safe orienteering in the woods on Sunday morning.
